Postpartum Yoga

┬áThis class is a mix of postpartum specific yoga, women’s wellness yoga, myofascial release techniques, breath work, meditation and space and practice to share with other mothers. Spend time with your baby, breath and move your body. The first year is very important in the bonding of mother and baby. With this precious new life comes a whole new set of responsibilities, and very little sleep.
