A workshop that will delve into the movements, mobility and flexibility of spine and hips that will help complement your sports performance.  

  • This is to bring about cross training practices for your current training practice and develop an understanding of how Yoga benefits athletes and sports people.
  • This will be a mixture of mental focus, strength, flexibility and mobility training.
  • Breathing techniques to enhance stamina and endurance for mental focus.
  • Teaching relaxation as a valuable tool to help restore the body.
  • This will be an anatomy informed approach to teaching yoga so you can understand common injuries and prevent reoccurring injuries.
  • Injury prevention, enhance performance and building muscle resilience.
  • Myofascia Release techniques will be introduced in this workshop for quicker recovery.
