Mothers get little time to rest and enjoy motherhood in relaxing surroundings! Baby Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for Mums to spend quality time with their baby, enjoying their development and watching their unique personalities unfold. Mothers are often keen to get back to themselves after having a baby and regain pelvic tone. Postpartum yoga is the perfect solution for mothers to get to their weekly yoga class, with their baby. I believe it is important to make sure Mama gets what she needs most out of the class because looking after a baby is 24/7.

Yoga allows space to nourish, strengthen, release tension and help you reconnect to your body after pregnancy and birth. Regardless of how you birthed your baby, my classes are safe to take for everyone from 12 weeks postpartum. You will connect to your breath, pelvic floor, core and whole body. Baby will enjoy watching mum, taking part in yoga for fun, yoga to support their digestive system, brain coordination, calming techniques and lots more. Both mum and baby get the most out of this class because there is something for everyone. A great chance to meet new mums in your area too. This class is suitable from twelve weeks until baby is about to crawl.
