What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is the adaptation of Yoga practices for people with health or fitness challenges or particular health conditions. As a Yoga Therapist, I formulate and design specific Therapeutic Yoga sequences and practices such as postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness & relaxation techniques to help relieve suffering, manage and improve health conditions, injuries and promote health and wellbeing.
